A calm street in an off-island suburb of Montreal.  Minor yet significant changes were massaged into the existing layout to which served as a catalyst in creating an open loft style concept. 

Stark white high gloss acrylic cabinetry lends to the exhibition of open space.  The peninsula shaped kitchen island establishes a boundary between gourmet and company.  Four modernistic pendants loom over the Bianco Carrera stone counter top.  An in vogue custom hood fan flanks the series of feature rosewood upper cabinets.  The main floor is tamed by its opulent cognac brown maple wood plank flooring.
